Completion of multiple projects within the Government of Canada Building on 4900 Yonge Street. Including rehabilitation of underground parking garage, interior leasehold/fit-ups for federal government agencies, rehabilitation and modernization of bank of nine elevators, electrical and mechanical infrastructure work, creating a new illumination system, surface parking, utilities paving, hardscaping, suspended concrete slab rehabilitation, housing power generation system.. As well, completing work on the Armed Forces Recruiting Centre, including suspended concrete slabs, waterproofing the underground parking garage, hydrostatic retaining wall, and epoxy ejections.
