Historic building originally serving as an inn, but now acting as a living history museum, owned by the City of Toronto. 

 

BETA completed considerable additions, extensions, and rehabilitation work. The work completed includes masonry restoration, main entry and lobby restoration, interior stone wall preservation and upgrades, new passenger electric elevators, upgraded full height glass walls, and architectural finishing work. Further upgrades were provided to HVAC, electrical, and security systems. The project was fully commissioned.
