The Yonge-Dundas building houses a movie theatre, shops, restaurants, and offices, and is connected to the Line 1 TTC Subway System, situated at the bustling northeast corner of Yonge Street and Dundas Street. 

BETA completed structural extensions and upgrades, and underground structural work including sheet piles and a tie back system. This project was connected to the Dundas Station subway system, and above ground shops, movies theatre, and offices.
